兰特黎斯集团收购爱尔曼股份公司美国酸奶业务

兰特黎斯集团(Lactalis Group)已经收购德国乳品公司爱尔曼(Ehrmann AG)的美国酸奶业务Ehrmann Commonwealth Dairy，后者拥有两座采用最新技术的制造工厂。此次收购在2019年7月5日完成。兰特黎斯如今在美国拥有8座工厂和超过2400名员工，为像President(总统)、Galbani(格尔巴尼)、Parmalat(帕玛拉特)、siggi's、Stonyfield、Karoun、rondele和Black Diamond这样的领先品牌提供支持。（知消 http://www.retailwatch.net）
